  VERY DISAPPOINTED, total Rip Off. He said that he Had to drill out the lock to my house. $39.00 service call, $139.00 to drill it, and $89.00😡 to remove the knob from the door! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!😡 I'll take the door knob out myself. Then I asked do you take checks? No, it's cash or credit. Well since I don't have that much cash laying around, I'll do credit. Or there's a 3% charge for that. WHAT, REALLY, REALLY! What a stinking RIP OFF! Am I happy about getting ripped off? NO!!!!!!!😡
