  Had difficulty figuring out how to operate the machine but muddled through it and somehow got 2 keys. Not sure how I did it but I guess having the extra key wouldn't hurt.

  Rude! The dispatcher called and I asked him the price. I had a comparison so the price seemed a bit much. When I asked why the price was so much he told me to go to the other place and hung up on me!
