  Very handy, easy and convenient to use. However the type of key 🔑 I needed was a towel dispenser key, didn’t manufacture well. But that’s fine, had to go to the dispenser company to order one. I will use this kiosk when I need a different key.

  The prices they charge are determined by the locksmith at the time they arrive. There was no price quote made prior to arrival. I had told the dispatch that is was SnugTop camper shell when I initially called so there wouldn’t be confusion at the time of service. When the locksmith showed an hour late he was confused on what needed to be done as he tried to walk to the front door and then around my small driveway looking for the big truck in-front of him. Once I was able to have him look at the shell he said the price to open a camper shell was more expensive then a car door. He then began punching numbers into his iPhone calculator and said it was $29 if he couldn’t open the shell and $159 if he could. Frustrated by the unprofessionalism I sent him home. Minutes later a “collector”called wanting $29 for a service fee on the $140 work fee? Where do they get these numbers? Never was there a price agreed upon and now I feel that they just make up numbers. The locksmith only got out of his car, looked at the truck, entered numbers into his phone, and was sent home. You may want to quote the “service fee” prior to arriving an hour late!
