  We were locked out of our house so we called the emergency line that said 24/7. They took our number and address and said someone would be calling. An hour passes without a call so we call back and the person says we don’t have anyone available until tomorrow at 8:00am. I asked why no one called to tell us this and the person said I’m sorry I just came on duty would you still like to schedule for tomorrow. I said no I think I need to get in my house tonight but thank you. False advertising for 24/7 emergency service and average response time of 29 minutes. Not happy

  Needed to get a house key made. Located in my local grocery store so it was very convenient. Keys are fairly expensive for a key but still the ease and convenience made it totally worth it.
