  I needed a spare key ASAP and accidentally ordered a design that wasn't in the kiosk and had to be shipped. So I opened a support ticket and they cancelled and refunded that order almost immediately on a Sunday, which was helpful and surprising. Then I copied my key again, got a basic key that could be dispensed at the kiosk. The copy is just as good as the original. 10/10 will use again.
