  NEVER USE THESE GUYS....they farm the biz to individual contractors or contracting services...not normally a problem but I was hung up on 8 times when I inquired why my 6:00pm estimated arrival that was scheduled at 4:30 am was a no show. The guy told me he'd be here at 6 or so and by 8, nothing, no call, nothing....so I called to inquire at that point and got hung up on by that contractor...7 more calls later, 7 more hang ups...half to KeyMe direct employee's....the last guy I talked to apologized and said he would address...I advised that would probably be wise but certainly this isn't an anomaly, despite the reviews, and I want nothing to do with them....horrible experience....

  5 min had a key on its way. 3 days later shows up and house and works, no issue. had keys made at other stores that took longer to identify the blank, 30 min to make, and cost was more. Have 2nd key for another vehicle already on its way (both chip keys)

  Over $200. The guys said 18-20 minutes and took over 40 minutes to get to me
