Had a bathroom door that was locked from the inside. Technician showed up about 8am spent approx 25 minutes to get it open. Charge was $358!!! There website says affordable. I think not. Shop around. I called last week as soon as the owner responded to my review. I was transferred to 3 different people and was assured the owner would call me back. They never called. Also, I was told $358 when the technician was here and then saw the charge was actually for $380. Please shop around!

You gave me the wrong type of key. I requested for “warriors” design, not “Lakers”.
