If I could give O stars I would!!! I called this company at 9 o’clock this morning asking for a car to be re-keyed. I was told it would be a $29 service fee on top of the charges to have the car re-keyed and a service technician would be calling me back. I am an ER nurse and got crazy busy throughout the day, around 3:45 I finally had a break and was able to call. When I did a very rude lady answered the phone only to tell me that there was no technicians in the Sugarland area and I needed to call someone else. When I asked to speak to her manager the Manager got on the phone and stated that it wasn’t her problem because she had just gotten there. So I asked to speak to her supervisor that’s when she hung up on me! I thought about calling back and then I decided I would just take this up with social media and all other forms of media where I know lots of people ;)

Don’t even bother. I called and they said that they were on their way. Even called to confirm the service. Never showed up and didn’t even have the decency to call and tell me they weren’t coming.
