  I got locked out of my house at about 9 PM and it was about 45 degrees. I called this business from a neighbor's phone and asked for an Emergency service. The operator was quick to respond and said a technician would be calling me soon. This is when the problems started. The technician called me about 30 minutes later and said the service would cost $45 for a service fee and $200 - $300 depending on what sort of lock it was. I reluctantly agreed because it was an Emergency, so I assumed I was a top priority. About 30 minutes later, the operator calls me again and asks if I still need assistance. I said of course and where the technician was. It turns out, the technician "attempted" to contact me but my neighbor never got a call and looking at my phone log, I never got a call. So the technician fat thumbed the wrong number in and never drove my way. I asked the operator for an ETA and she hung up on me. The technician called me again and blamed me for his fat thumbs. I told him to call this number and not the phone that was inside the locked house. He said he was 1 to 1.5 hours out! The time is 11:30 PM now. I called the police and the fire department got me back inside in under 2 minutes. The company texted me at 12 PM the next day claiming the technician was attempting to contact me lol. Never use this company unless you enjoy wasting your time and getting piss poor service at 5-star prices.

  I needed 2 lock sets replaced, and a re-key in a hurry for a house closing. The young man who showed up spoke ok English, but something was lost in translation. My house is all brushed nickel paddle style handles for door knobs. I had a business call to attend and after a brief discussion assumed he had something that would match, I didn’t even think to question it. When my call was complete an hour later the replacements were two big gold knobs and lock sets that don’t match anything else. They functioned correctly, at least. But wouldn’t a “professional” pose the question?! The door had some damaged areas from the work. Completely unsatisfactory work. The metal shavings all over the work area after the work was completed was unacceptable. And it cost me $1000. I should have been wary. I paid in full just to get him out of my house. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THESE GUYS! Find a small, locally owned place!

  They were able to copy my vehicle key but couldn’t program the key. Even when they used their own OEM key it didn’t work programming-wise. They still charged me for cutting and programming despite it not working overall. I am very disappointed in the service especially after seeing such good reviews.
