  The worst absolute worse if there could be negative stars I would give them that. Customer service is by far the rudest unprofessional service ever. They lies, hang up on you, and lose your contact information. I called for a locksmith at 345 am they said someone will be available in 20 minutes at my house. They tell me that a technician will call me as soon as I hangup with their eta. I called back at 405 and they tell me the technician will call me as soon as we hangup. I call at 420 and as I'm explaining to the rep that I just would like an ETA, she hangs up. I call back she says a tech will call. I call at 445 and they tell me a tech will call. I call at 500 and they tell me that the tech is not available. Each time they say they have contacted the tech themselves so why couldn't you tell me that the 2nd time I called? Do not use this service try somewhere else or try them and hopefully you don't go through what I went through.

  I used one of the key kiosks to make copies of my house keys and it was a simple and quick process. Very satisfied with the results.

  Mailbox key was fine though over-priced, just got them in a couple of weeks. But let me say this, “DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE FOR ELECTRONIC CAR KEY FOBS”. The guys who showed up, left me keyless. His BO filled my car, I had to leave windows open overnight to get the smell out. In the end, I had to take me car to dealership to get rid of the “Keyless System Malfunction” error. Luckily for me I was covered by warranty, but you may have to shell out double the cost of getting the key made at dealership.
