  We are a business/office and called for a rekey. Very quick response. Had some issues with coordination, but it worked out. Payment documents took time and a couple of calls to get. Quality products, friendly, professional.

  Kiosk was good, but unfortunately the key didn't work. Refund processed immediately in a day after email to customer care. Customer care wanted to address the issue and asked for the rootcause which is good.
