Ask for payment before serving me. I don't know about you but I don't pay for something before it's complete. Scam!!!!Major Scam!!! Is what it sounds like to me. He literally told me to borrow someone's card when I told him mine are locked in the house. He then told me he couldn't help me. Wow scammers.

Called and was charged $155 for a vehicle lockout. 5 minutes later was sent a text that they couldn’t preform services. Said I would be refunded 3-5 days later. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Go with a local.

Easier than I thought possible. Much better than waiting for a person to come assist you. I will only use the kiosk key service in the future as long as it's available.
