  I tried calling the service and was placed in a loop. The automated service would ask for a zip code, tell me my wait time, call would be monitored, then repeat. Not very useful. Edit: I edited to an average since the company had a good response time to a review and willing to remedy the issue

  The add said 24hrs. I was locked out of my car at 9:30pm and made repeated attempts he did not answer the phone.
