I called based on positive google reviews and was deeply disappointed. I first spoke with a dispatcher at 10:02 am about being locked out of my home and was assured someone would call me so “stay by my phone”. 35 minutes later , no called. I called once more, at 10:38 inquiring about a call from a technician. The dispatcher confirms that I had previously called and should continue ro “stay by my phone” and someone would call me. By 12, I’d called another locksmith service that came out within 10 minutes; Though I didn’t use them either as I eventually located a key. KeyMe called me at 3:57 to see if I still needed the service. Completely unprofessional, untimely and rude. Offered zero apology and only inquired about how I got into the house and if I used another service. You’re the worst.
