After the keys were done, came out fine but a little rough. So I had a fine sandpaper to smooth them out...much better.

Pretty quick turnaround time, however the key that was cut doesn't open my door like my OEM key does. So as long as I don't lock myself out, I'm fine. UPDATE: I learned my OEM key also didn't open my door. They gave me a refund and told me to keep the key. Definitely would use the service again!

I needed keys for the new apartment, but could only get one pattern made. Other key patterns were not in stock. Had to go elsewhere to have the other keys made. The one key that was made worked fine.
