  Handled my situation like the pros they represent themselves to be. 6 a.m. in Bend m, Oregon. I'm from out of town, traveling from Cottage Grove, Oregon to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Stop to take a pic of a beautiful sunrise, the car I have owned for one week decides to lock me out while still running. I'm stuck in 40° weather, me, wearing a t-shirt and, my phone. They got er done and me on my way as fast as I'm sure anybody could have. Thank you...

  They were not clear upfront. They said they could send someone out in 30-45 minutes for a lockout. 40 minutes after I called they still hadn't found anyone, meaning no one was even on the way. I understand the difficulty on a holiday weekend, but be honest with people. I called around and found someone myself within 5 minutes and they were on the road right away. Those 40 minutes were just wasted.

  We were at Bed Bath and Beyond and saw the kiosk. I knew I needed to get this done and we all ended up picking custom ones. They were here within two business days and there are a lot of varieties to choose from.
