  This is the worst option in the area for locksmith services. I attempted to use KeyMe in order to get a replacement key fob for my car. At first I was impressed by the professional manner of the representatives I spoke to. However, this impression didn’t last long. I was left waiting on a call from a technician for over an hour, and each time I’d call for an update, I was promised a call within 5 minutes. This was rather time sensitive, as both myself and the wonderful friend who offered me a ride to my vehicle (which had to be left at a relatives home after my keys were lost), needed to get home to our children. Instead, we spent over an hour in a gas station parking lot waiting on this promised call. The last attempt I made to contact the technician resulted in my being told that the tech was “backed up” and would yet again call in 5 minutes. 24 hours later, and I have never received a call from a technician. Thank goodness the case was not that I was not locked out of my vehicle and alone on a truly freezing cold evening. I cannot imagine how many paying customers have been left stranded due to this company’s inability to deliver service, nor keep customers informed, nor their ability to keep promises. Please, if in need of a locksmith, call a company who will care about your needs.

  These guys are very deceptive about their pricing and service (when they advertise "no damage"). I understood that it would be $29.xx service call, and when asked for additional cost, they said it would be between $20-$200, depending on how hard it was to get the door unlocked. They told me the technician could call me on the way and give me a price. I gave him an exact brand and model of the lock (non-deadbolt). He did not give me the price in advance like I was told he could/would. He then said he would try a "no damage repair", and go to a "damage repair" if necessary. He proceeded with the "no damage repair", which he accomplished within about a minute. 1) This did damage my door, and 2) He proceeded to ask me for $120!!! How is this even close to the ~$50 I was expecting for such a simple "repair" that took about a minute, which should have been on their scale of "simple" and $20. I reluctantly had to pay, but consider this a false advertisement on the cost of their services. I could have fixed the problem myself and spent far less.

  A bit expensive for single key. The one made makes me nervous to break in lock if turned too hard because it is so light weight material. Made 3 house keys.
