  I spoke with Sarah on the phone and she was super helpful, answered all of my questions and directed me to the nearest Key Kiosk (they're at most Fry's). The machine took only a few minutes to cut a new key and make the copies I needed and they emailed me the receipt right away. They even threw in a free copy since I was making 4 copies for an office key.
