  Talk about excellence and timeliness — they are it! I had waited for about 2hrs+ for my car insurance’s roadside assistance to come help. After accepting they’re weren’t coming and/or it’d be another 45min-1hr I finally called KeyMe after finding them on Google. They came and unlocked my care in less than 20min. They tech was nice and quick. By far the best locksmith experience I’ve ever had. It was $100, more than I’m used too. However, it was like 30 degrees and dropping and late (they’re open 24hrs) - by the time I got help I didn’t even care. I definitely recommend them, and will call them if I ever need another locksmith.

  Update: I get a message to contact them to discuss. I do, and now all I get is auto-reply support messages asking me to describe my issue. YOU asked ME to email you. Key Me is NOT local, despite the indication. I called to get a motorcycle key made. I asked for a location to go to to get that done. They asked me for my address and I told him SPECIFICALLY that I did not need a service call. He told me he would see if they could cut me a key and have someone call me back. 15 min later, I get a text that my locksmith has been dispatched to my home and would arrive shortly. So what would have happened? I was able to contact him as he was enroute to my house. He gets there and now I owe a service fee? On my list of never call back businesses. I guess getting a service call entered was better than listening to the customer.

  All the 1-star reviews obviously do not pertain to the KeyMe kiosk in Tom Thumb. Kiosk was super easy to use, had clear instructions, and several customization options. I walked away from the kiosk in less than 5 minutes with a brand new key that cost less than $8. Anyone who rates this KeyMe kiosk less than 5-stars don't know how to follow instructions.
