  Machine is slow and unresponsive. No one to help with difficulties. Doesn't respond to text messages and phone takes you to an automated system where I waited 8 minutes before I gave up.

  I’m so happy that I was able to make another key to my house and even happier that if I get locked out I have the option to use my thumbprint and make another key. This is super convenient. Thank you for your valuable service!!!
