  The first time I called, they said it would be 30-45 minutes before my appointment. The second one went to voice mail; the third told me that there were no available slots for today or tomorrow (I had called on both Tuesday and Friday). When calling about next week's availability—VOICE MAIL PLEASE!!! These people have really bad service all around: show up just once without being picked up even though you're assured of an arrival time with every single telephone conversation

  I saw the "Buy Two and Get One Free" deal and I picked three and I was charged three and got one that I did not pick but I should have checked the total and notice that what you meant with free kind was the plain one that you picked. But I appreciated the discount offered after answering the poll. One person decided to buy some looking at us using the machine right after us so people are interested, we assumed. We got rejected with our key type and we got to make cute colorful one so we are grateful for that, too. If there are more patterns and cute design ones, we would have loved it.

  Its an automated key cutting machine inside Bed Bath and Beyond located just to the left as you walk inside the store. I had 1 key made and took approx. 5 minutes to complete the process. Its pricey for one key at 8.67 ea but easy to use. When i received my key the peaks and valleys of the new key were not as deep or tall as the original so I was worried it wouldnt work. The key did work as it should after I used it.
