  There is an automated key kiosk in the Rite Aid. It is easier than tracking someone down at Lowe’s or McLendons. Typical house key was $9. Not as versatile as a real locksmith but key problem solved.

  The key machine made no sense. I needed a mailbox key made from my existing key. I pushed that icon and inserted the key. The next screen said "make of car". Huh?? Annoying.

  Complete let down. Told me they would dispatch someone and call me in 25 minutes. 40 minutes later I called back and they said the technician cancelled and didn’t have the parts. They did not call to tell me that so I’m locked out in the rain calling someone else.
