  I made an appointment 10 days in advance to change the locks at my new home. The locksmith was 2 hours late, charged me 7x's what I was quoted over the phone, and didn't line up the dead bolt with the door latch so only 1 would work at a time. Literally will have to hire a second person to come out and fix their work. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  This was a life saver I had to get a key made for my son who lost his key, and I didn’t want to give him mine so this was very convenient to stop by the store when I got off late at 9 pm thank you so much. Anita

  The Technician scammed me. They are trash. He took all my cash, I would say over $200 dollars worth, where the service was less than $200. Damaged my car and left. I would not be recommending this company, they don't seem to hold their Technicians liable, and accountable. Its pretty much an uber service, but at least uber does background check. You are better off having a homie help you out then this trash. Lesson learned... Be aware
