Keys were delivered quickly, work well. Kiosk was semi-difficult to use when trying to scroll to select which state I was in

I needed to copy a house key and was so excited to see a kiosk at the Kroger I shop at for groceries. It meant I didn’t have to make a separate trip to Lowe’s to get the copy made. The first time I tried the service my new key didn’t work (I think it was due to user error). I called the contact number and explained. Kayleigh was so gracious to help with a credit so I could make another key without additional cost. I used the promo code she gave me and voila a new key- and this one worked !! I’ve a few more keys including my car key that I will use them to make. Their service is great

I've been waiting over 2 hrs for a locksmith, talked with over 5 different reps, could never speak to a manager, paid already, extremely poor service
