It was a very convenient and affordable way to make keys. We purchased 2 and received a third key for free. One key did not work and they were very quick to fix the issue. They had many styles to choose from which was nice also.

Asked for a price quote and never received one. After three weeks of waiting, I followed up on the status of the quote. Later that day, I received a call from one of their techs saying "we don't open doors or make keys." I was really confused and ask them to clarify (i.e., can you not preform the work?). The tech repeated himself and just hung up on me. I called the company and they hung up on me too. Horrible costumer service. I recommend you take your business someplace else.

We recieved the 2 keys I ordered within an appropriate timw manner arrived sooner than expected and we immediately tested them, worked perfectly and it now makes things easier and alot more convenient!! Thank you so much! From the Fischers
