  Matthew was a great help, but the lady I spoke with today interrupted every sentence, was extremely hateful, did not even say hello or give her name when she answered the phone, and would not stop speaking over me. Terrible customer service with her specifically. I was calmly asking her to explain the situation and would have gladly had another tech come out to help me, but she could do nothing but talk over me and pass blame, so i hung up on her. She's never worked customer service and it shows. I will never use this company again nor any of their contracted affiliates, and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere as well.

  It was very convenient and reasonably priced. They new copies of my house key worked well. The kiosk was easy to use and I did not have to even remove my key from the key ring.

  I like using the KeyMe kiosk because it works well and I don't have to round up someone else to do the job. Oh, and its kind of fun to use as well. Recently, I had three keys made; two worked great but the third one was too difficult to turn in the lock for some reason or other. KeyMe refunded my cost for that one key to my credit card without any squabble. That should be considered great customer service in anyone's book. I found this KeyMe machine at a Menards store. I will definitely continue to use their machines wherever I find them.
