  Wow. Horrible communication and time management. I call and schedule a service and pay then I’m told it’ll be an hour before the tech comes out. An hour passes and I call their service line and they cannot find my service request and “can’t look me up” not even by my name, even though they charged me and I see it pending in my account. They said they would have a tech call me back. Finally, a tech calls me and says he’s 50 min away. He says he has no other stops(not the hour I was originally told when I paid for the service) I waited 50 min and he said it would be another 30. I wait and call again after 30- he says he is 15 min away! I am still waiting. It has been 4 hours. He says “ he’s on his way”. I could have called another locksmith and had them come out to do the job but I trusted people at their word. Failure on this company and their misrepresentation of their ability and being “ the best in the US”.

  The keys are cute and I got what I payed for and a good deal. I also liked that the character ones had different pictures on the back so that was a surprise for me. They came on time and no problems at all. I would order again from u guys.

  Fast and efficient but it took him two seconds to unlock my bathroom door and was charged 100 for thats crazy but then again they got me out of a bind! Normally i wouldn't care but going through alot of fiancial troubles 100.00 is alot for me!😫
