  Never given such a quick review. But the lady that answered the phone (had accent). Was just rude and unhelpful ! Like what is wrong with the total lack of customer service these days! Don’t work if you don’t like to help people!

  The kiosk was user friendly, fast and even though the key blank needed was not in the kiosk's inventory, it was mailed to me within a few days. The key copy worked great after testing the key on multiple padlocks all keyed alike.
