just called to get a price quote and the dude hung up on me when i said i’ll think about it cause this man overcharging, didn’t get his name but had like a middle eastern accent

Wasted an hr of my time called them twice the tech never called me back. They then called me and said the tech wouldn’t be able to come out to fix the ignition inner lock. Don’t use them will just waste your time.

I wish I could give no star and two thumbs down. First of all the girl that I spoke to was rude, and as soon as I found out she was a third party who would reach out to locksmith contractors I asked to disregard my request and still thanked her for her time. But instead she proceeded by giving my numbers out and now I have multiple people calling me and one of them threatening to go to our vendor to collect $29 for just calling me and me telling him I apologize and do not need his service. This is extremely upsetting and I called back the number listed and spoke to someone who would give my number out to a "manager" and take care of this. And I'm still getting calls from other locksmiths. I prefer dealing directly with anyone in order to avoid this type of scenarios. Shame on you KeyMe!!!
