  Keys were made quickly and worked. Likely not going to another locksmith again if I can find one of these boxes. A box in bed bath and beyond made my keys. No humans involved.

  I live about 5-10 minutes from this building and it took over 30 minutes before the locksmith even got assigned to me, plus another 30-45 minutes for him to arrive. And I think they outsource their work because when the actual locksmith got here, he mentioned that he can give better rates if I just call him directly. It's probably best to use a different service. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because once the guy actually got here he did a great job really quickly.

  I just needed a couple copies of my apartment key so that if I got locked out I would have one hidden. I didn't really want to go and deal with Lowe's or Walmart because frankly Walmart scares me right now. The kiosk was in the front of the store. I never had to directly interact with anyone which was a plus. It was simple put the key in like you're putting it in the door and pick out which key you want and I was going to get two keys and it said that I could get a key for free so I ended up getting three keys for everything included around $20. It didn't take that long. They all worked in my door and I made sure that I did the fingerprint in case I ever get locked out of my apartment. All I have to do is go to the kiosk and do the fingerprint and get another key. That's worth its weight in gold. Above all I was very pleased except for I could have got it cheaper somewhere else but sometimes you get what you pay for. I would use them again..
