We had a horrible experience with the service. Please make sure how much they are going to charge before they do service as they change the price after the work is done. Called for an emergency, they mentioned a price of approximately $48 (29 for showing up and 19 for service) However, when the technician showed up he fail to update me as to how much the price would change. I requested their services because I had locked myself out of my apartment with the bottom lock only. I specified exactly what I needed but they still told me it was going to be $19. So when the technician was done, after he completely broke my lock, he ended up telling me he was going to charge me $149, after mumbling something, I thought I had misunderstood the original $19 service charge and that it was $119 instead. After I left I checked my phone receipt and it was $190 instead! I complained about the matter and they confirmed that it was $19 and later after I talked to costumer complaints they told me it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to ask how much it was going to cost, that the $19 service charge was just a starting up charge that was meant for unlocking bikes or lockers. Information that was NOT given to me during my initial phone call. So COSTOMERS BEWARE OF THEIR HIDDEN PRICES!!!! All he did was spend a max of 20 minutes and left me with a broken lock and a whole in my door for $190! I could of done that for free.

Not locksmiths at all. Just dudes with wire coat hangers amd screw drivers. Charged me $120 cause it was a Saturday whatever the H that means. Seriously don't waste your time.
