Easy process. I love it. I had to make an emergency key for a resident. Our maintenance had already gone home for the day. I went to KeyMe. Works great, and convenient.

Unexpected to find the machine in a Bed Bath and Beyond, but it was perfect because I have been needing to duplicate a key. It was really easy and quick!
