I called, just to get a price quote to have a car key made. It didn't go so well. First off, KeyMe is like a broker. When you call, they just transfer you to a local locksmith. The one they transfered me to, wanted me to give them my phone number so one if their techs could call me back. I told her I am just looking for a price. She said that it is $30 charge to have them come out. They would then look at the key and determine how much it would be. I'm not locked out. I just want a second key made, not a service call. I know that the conversation was with a local locksmith, but KeyMe transfered me to them. They need to pick better partners.
