  Locked keys out of my car. They charged me $100 for the service to come unlock it and then cancelled the service. I called the dispatcher back and they said it would be 3-5 days before the money was back in my account. So then I had to try to hire a different company and wouldn't have had the money to pay them. Luckily the other company accepted cash. The gentleman from Key Me that I spoke to was very polite and apologetic but that doesn't help how disappointing and infuriating this was.
