  I would have given 5 stars, but I pushed my key in and held it there with a firm pressure, thinking I needed to. When I got my key, it works, but only when I slightly pull it out of the lock a then twist. It's a little bit of a jiggle, but it works. When I need another key, I'll try them again.

  Needed an additional mailbox key. Stopped at a KeyMe kiosk in a grocery store. The kiosk didn't have blanks for the key, but I was able to scan the key and place the order at the kiosk. I took them up on the offer for a discount on an additional key. The keys were delivered a week later, and they worked perfectly. The process was easy and convenient. Will definitely use the service next time that I need spare keys.
