  Very unfortunate experience with this company. I locked myself out of my apartment. It took an hour and a half for someone to arrive, which I would honestly understand if they had been upfront about it since it was a last minute request, however every time I would call to check in they told me they’d have the locksmith call me “right away.” My phone ended up dying, luckily my nice neighbor let me charge my phone while I waited for them. They also quoted me $30, however when the locksmith arrived he charged me $265. He also asked me if I had a boyfriend which was irrelevant and unprofessional. Had I known it would have cost that much I would have tried to get someone else, however my phone was dead anyway and I felt uncomfortable so I just paid it. I have tried to get in contact with customer service to get a partial refund but they’ve sent me on a wild goose chase saying they contracted out to someone else and to call this other number that no one ever picks up. I’m pretty disgusted and annoyed I fell for this scam. Looks like there are plenty of other reputable locksmiths in the area, don’t fall for this one. Edit 6/22/21: reached out by email and they only give me a number that doesn’t work to call. This entire company seems to be a scam.

  Ordered keys through the kiosk, and had them shipped. They are snazzy, and work perfectly.

  I needed to duplicate the house key and mailbox key for my new apartment. The kiosk didn't have the mailbox key in stock but I was able to get them in hand just a few days later.
