  Good customer service. 3 of the 4 keys I had made worked better than the original. The 4th wouldn’t turn the lock (can’t figure out why because it looked the same on a quick inspection). I wrote a quick note to them, and they had refunded the price of the fourth key within an hour. 100% satisfied. Thanks.

  Sadly, the KeyMe machine was unable to cut my padlock key accurately, but the timely, follow up customer service was superb. I would recommend this company to anyone!

  Needed a locksmith so I called KeyMe. The person who finally answered was unprofessional and, when I asked why an email address was required when someone was supposed to call me back, she told me that I could provide one or go elsewhere. I took the latter option.
