  It was easy, simple, and the key worked perfectly. I use this kiosk to make copies of keys whenever I need them. Love it! Only once the key was incorrect but I was refunded right away when I called customer service. I went back to remake the key after that and that one was perfect. I will continue to use this service whenever I need a key made.
