  Everything was fast and simple. I just got mine a couple days ago and it worked great. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the keys were not file down. The edges still have sharp pieces attached.

  Copying a house key was fast and easy. Just insert your key into the slot on the machine. You don't even need to remove it from your key ring. After that the touch-screen instructions were very simple. Swipe your credit/debit card, wait for the machine to cut your key and you're done.

  Great place for extreme over priced keys made for ordinary house keys; the house key i needed was priced at $9.99 from this automated kiosk in a rite aide store. I guess if you desperately needed a key made late into the night, this is your only choice. Now, if the key made didn't work, i can imagine the extra challege it would take to remedy the situation. On a side note, i found a nearby hardware store that made my key for one dollar a piece. And the guy told me if the keys didn't work, just return it within 7 days for a full refund or free replacement.
