  I bought two of the same key and overall, the machine was very easy to use. I like storing my key information for emergency use too. The first key worked perfectly, but the second one that was made doesn't work as well. I would definitely use it again but I would only get one key. Brian

  Keys wouldn't work. I even made a second copy because the first copy didn't look right. Took them home to try out and they don't come close to unlocking my door.
