It was not so easy to hear the instructions being by the cashiers at the front of the store, though it was simple following the on-screen instructions.  Regardless, when I "thought" the key was not correct and emailed KeyMe; Customer Service was superb. They responded quickly and efficiently with a refund and coupon for another key.  I’d tell anyone asking this was an interesting and positive experience.

I had keys copied at a kiosk.  It advertised buy two and get one free. I had two keys copied where I bought two of each. The kiosk charged me for six keys. I called the customer service number on the machine and they immediately corrected the problem and issued me a refund.

KeyMe is a vending machine style key depending and cutting device. This one is located inside and to the right of the exit doors of Frys. The process is simple and painless. It took me 7 minutes to cut and pay for two keys. Super convenient

I must say, I was surprised.  I had been wanting to get a key duplicate made, but hadn't made it to the local hardware store in a while.  I was leaving the grocery store when I saw the KeyMe machine ... and was intrigued by it.  It was a little more expensive than what I'm used to, but I thought .... I can get this done now!   I stuck my key into the KeyMe receptacle and almost magically, my copy appeared in maybe a minute and a half.  The new key from KeyMe actually works better and more smoothly in my home front door lock than the one I had copied! Sounds like I work for the company, but I don't.  I thought about investing in this company, but soon found out it hasn't gone public.

Tried to use them they kept telling me that that dis not have anyone one my zip code whish is the exact same zip code as thier main office

Keys made by the kiosk were a perfect match. The keys sent by mail were slightly off but still worked.
