Horrible and rude locksmith/technician. He couldn’t open my lock and then he was disrespectful to us. I got a voicemail from the company that said the technician told them I didn’t pay. I had to send over a picture of the receipt to the company to prove I paid. The managers (both named Veronica) are wonderful and have great customer service hence the stars. They apologized for the drama with the technician.

They duplicated the key that most places couldn’t, but it would’ve been better if they could’ve duplicated the original key I bought for it and not have to send me what they had in stock. It was pretty pricey too.
