  I was told a technician would arrive 15-20 minutes- 2 hours and $179 (it took him less than 2 minutes to open my door) later a man came without introducing himself, opened my door, let himself into my house while I was getting a pen! I’ve called their customer service & get the run around. As a single mom and school teacher- this is completely unacceptable on many levels. All I’ve been told is they will “speak” to this technician about his behavior but refuse to acknowledge no price quote was given and I’m out $180.
