It was easy and keys fit great ... one I ordered took a while and I forgot I ordered one by mail.

It seemed like a no-brainer. I was a little surprised at how expensive it was ($6.50 including tax) but it was convenient so I was okay with the price. I was NOT happy that the key didn't work, even after a bunch of fiddling with the padlock. Since it's just a kiosk, I don't have a simple solution to fix the key like I would at Home Depot so I have to wait for customer service. Not worth the "convenience".

The key making process was easy and fast. The only problem was the issue with having to mail keys to my home, I will have those made elsewhere if I need them right away. Otherwise the machine is great!

However, if the key is unique or a mail order design is selected, our team needs to cut the key.
