  After being stranded in an extremely hot parking lot with my three young kids they refused to come and help us without a credit card number (which I didn't have access to because all my belongings were locked INSIDE the car; I was even using a stranger's cell phone). They proceeded to tell me they would forward me to someone who could help. Instead they hung up on me...twice. I ended up getting help from a different locksmith based out of New Castle AND it was cheaper!

  This is an automated machine. Not an actual locksmith human. I needed a key made, and my local locksmith has odd hours. So this vending machine inside of Bed, Bath, and Beyond had to suffice. 9 bux and change to get a colorful key made.

  You couldn't make my keys so immediately told me and refunded my payment. I called a locksmith... turns out the company (EVVA) is out of business!
