  Made copies of a building key and it was very easy to do and convenient I didn't even need to ask a store employee for help and thought the rates were reasonable. I got a deal that was buy two keys get a third free and had the option to even put a design on it and the cost wasn't much extra for that feature.

  Very unprofessional. They cancelled my appointment after having me wait for them half an hour. Didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know. Had to call customer service and find out myself.
