I was connected to 2 call centers, only to have a guy "try" to charge me $145 for a job that only cost me $80 from another company. He wanted me to pay before they even agreed to come out. Why in the world, would I pay you before you come out? Pure stupidity! Then he tells me, "it's only a hold". Yep, holding my money until I get someone face to face.

Very convenient, great value and quick shipping. Unfortunately, the car key I had copied did not work, but I had no issues with getting full refund and the representative I talked to was very professional. I would recommend to others and make sure to follow directions from kiosk as my copied keys were only slightly off due to misalignment during scan.

I called about getting a chip key cut and programmed for my Nissan Titan Truck. The calls apparently all go to a call center. The level 1 tech didn't understand what I meant by programming a chip key so she escalated me to level two. In the transfer process I was disconnected. Level 2 actually called me back, only to get the same information from me as level 1 and tell me a locksmith would call me back. At that point neither of the people I talk to understood what I meant when I told them I was not locked out and simply needed a copy made of my key. The locksmith called me back a couple of minutes later. At this point I found out that they don't have a physical location. They are a mobile locksmith. I was told they could cut me a key but would only use their own, the price for which was double what I had just been quoted at Ace Hardware to get one of their keys cut for my truck. Unless you're locked out, I recommend not dealing with the hassle.
