  Called to have emergency lock out services and the rep told me a technician would call me shortly when he was near. Half hour later the rep called me back to tell me there was no technician available near me. I live in pawtucket and this business is one city away from me in north providence. Unreliable and also no sense of urgency for someone who is locked out in the middle of winter. Misleading advertising of services.

  Overpriced Wanted $200, I could have way spent less smashing the window myself and replacing it. Didn’t even bother with the common courtesy of telling me the estimate before dispatching someone. I feel taken advantage of. Never calling again.
