I went to the address listed on Google and even though the listing has an address, there is NO LOCKSMITH business at the listed location. This business is nothing more that a key duplication kiosk located in a Fry's grocery store. After doing some research on line, it appears that this company uses their kiosk locations to mislead customers into thinking that they are a legitimate locksmith business. When their perspective customers call from the number on their website, they are charged more than the job is worth and then a "locksmith" is dispatched to the customer from cities outside of the kiosk location.

I would give no stars if possible. My sister is visiting town and one of the kids locked her keys in her van. Her husband called Keyme, we spoke with someone who stated 3 separate times that a representative was leaving and on his way to us and we would get a text with his progress. Never received the text with his progress, but we were getting the kids ready to leave thinking he would be here soon, and so her husband checked in and we realized it had been over an hour and he wasnt here yet. And we had motion sence cameras on the front porch, so we know no one stopped or even drove by. We called them, and they told us they canceled the order because they didn't have anyone in the area. They charged my brother in laws card, never contacted us to let us know they weren't coming, and gave him a hard time when he insisted they better not charge us for anything. It is summer, and my sister and her kids and I were stranded waiting for over an hour waiting for someone who never even bothered to contact us to let us know they would not be coming. And now we are having to wait even longer for a second place to come because of their incompetence. Crapy customer service and rude people.

This company is ATROCIOUS. If I could give negative stars I would. After what happened last night and reading other reviews I felt compelled to share my own experience. This business is TRASH. Last night after putting our children to sleep we went outside to put a trap out to get our cat who has gone missing.. Upon returning home our garage door opener stopped working and we were locked out of our house. We tried every way we could think of short of breaking a window to get back into our home. Eventually my husband started calling 24 hour locksmiths to find someone available near us and we found KeyMe in 'San Tan Valley'. When we called my husband spoke to someone who we think was named John. It was late- 12:45am, so there weren't many options available to us. John asked where we were located and after inputting our address into his maps he informed us we are too far away. Saying it would take him an hour to get to us and that it wasn't worth his time. We said San Tan Valley is only 10 minutes away and that was when he said he actually was located in Gilbert(which still ISN'T an hour away). We offered to pay him extra on the side as we were in a desperate situation. He restated it was too far and he wasn't interested. He said an hour is just too far for him to drive. My husband then pleaded with him explaining that we have two sets of twins asleep inside the house and he told us to 'just call the fire department or the police'. Mind you the fire department and the police don't help you when you're locked out of your home. They would just break down the door. As a locksmith he knows this. Yet he didn't care. The earliest a local locksmith opens here is 7:30am. So we were left with the option of waiting outside in 100°+ weather for 6 1/2 hours, call emergency and have our front door broken down or break a window to get into our home. Mind you, my 4 small children are 3 years old and 1 and 1/2 years old. The younger babies are still nursing at night so we couldn't just "wait til morning". My husband had to end up breaking our sliding glass door to get us back in the house. Which is going to cost us thousands of dollars to replace. This company is LAZY and does FALSE ADVERTISING. They aren't located were they say they are. They have ZERO compassion. And NO work ethic. I am deeply appalled by what happened last night.
