When I got my 3 keys I had made, 2 of them worked and one did not. I easily went online and put in a ticket. They respond very quickly that I will get a refund for the one key that did not work. I was disappointed that the key did not work, but the customer service was so easy to work with I will use them again when I want a more personalized key.

Keys came out great and were very convenient(got 2 made at QFC and a 3rd one sent) they were on the pricier side but not bad for how convenient they were. Thank you!

I had been living with a bent car key for months dreading the day it broke off in the lock. None of the locksmiths I knew could do the digital bit. I was offered a discount and that sealed the deal. Key, came in the mail. Works!
